Booking

It is often possible to join our trip on very short notice (even a day early), but our groups are often limited to 6-8 people. We recommend that you register early.

Since we are a small company, we make bookings according to your preferred departure date, so our published dates are not fixed, but it would be great if you could book according to the published dates.

We do not have a “book now” option on the website as our bookings are based on an individual approach. This way we can provide more information to guests and organize larger groups more easily.

It is not possible to book one-day tours several weeks or months in advance (except for big groups). If you are on the island of Rab and would like to take a one-day tour, please contact us via Viber or WhatsApp at +385 99 322 7006 to see if we have any free departures for that day, preferably 24 hours in advance. You can leave contact information to let you know about the departure, but if you do not hear from us, the tour is most likely canceled.

Terms and Conditions

Your booking confirmation will be sent to you after we receive your deposit. Payment can be made by normal bank transfer.
You also need to fill in our paddling experience form and medical form
The deposit is 30% of the total price of the tour or rental. Depends on the group size and the amount you transfer (avoid high transfer fees)**
The remaining amount, apart from the deposit, can be paid either in cash upon arrival or through the above-mentioned payment methods, but at least 10 days before departure
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards. But do not worry, there are many banks and ATMs to withdraw money from

Cancelations

We reserve the right to postpone, substitute or cancel a trip to ensure the safety of our guests and tour guides. We will make the final decision on whether a trip needs to be canceled for safety reasons on the spot when the trip is scheduled to begin. If we have to cancel the tour for any reason, we will offer you a new date as soon as possible or give you a full refund minus booking fees. In case of cancelation during the tour, we will charge for the days used except for the transfers included.

All cancelations must be received in writing (via email) by our office and a refund will be issued according to the following rules.

Kayak Rental Cancellation

Once your trip has commenced, there are no refunds for any reason, including bad weather. This includes individuals or groups that return before their period of hire has finished.

Cancellation policy for up to 4 kayaks

  • Cancellations 60+ days before renting will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before renting will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations within 30 days before the departure will receive no refund

Cancellation policy for 5+ kayaks

  • Cancellations 90+ days before renting will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations between 60 and 90 days before renting will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations within 60 days before the departure will receive no refund

Groups (4+) & Private Trip Cancellation

  • Cancellations from 90 days before the tour start will receive full refund.
  • Cancellations from 45-90 days before the tour start will receive 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 45 days before the tour start will receive no refund.

Upon requesting cancellation you will receive deposit minus the bank transfer fee.

Individual Cancellation

  • Cancellations from 60 days before the tour start will receive full refund.
  • Cancellations from 20-60 days before the tour start will receive 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 20 days before the tour start will receive no refund.
